KATHMANDU, Nov 4 : UCPN (Maoist) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said he is to propose to United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon to head the International Committee for Development of Lumbini, during his imminent New York visit. Dahal, who is also chairman of the government-formed National Directive Committee on Broader Lumbini Development, said he made his plan with a view to garner international support for developing Lumbini as a ´World Peace City´.
